Default back to ship between whale watching and heli tour?

I'm ready to book a Larry whale watching and then heli/dog sledding in Juneau through Orcaenterprises. Anyone do this? They said I could go back to ship inbetween to change clothes - is this necessary? how about lunch inbetween? They said they could give me a 9am whale watching then a 3pm heli tour? Is that too late in the day? I'm feeling pressured to book asap because I read on this post that it gets filled up. I'm going early June on Princess.
THANK YOU!!

You do save shuttle time with cobooking successive tours. You will be adding about an hour if you go back and forth to the ship. It can work out nicely, if you have a full day in port, with a little time for downtown Juneau. Book what fits your schedule best.
