Both are very worthwhile. Saxman, in my opinion, is best with a guided tour, so much of it is the stories about the totems. Totem Bight is more park like and nice walking. Easy to get to via the city bus. Pick up the blue line just before the tunnel across from the Eagle Totem.
Saxman village is very interesing. I really enjoyed the history.

I don't know about the other one but we really enjoyed Saxman Village.
It was very interesting to learn about the history and meaning behind totem poles, why they make them, etc. Also learned some very interesting stories.
You also get a chance to see a totem pole being carved and watch dancers in an authentic clan house.
Next stop was the Lumberjack Show which everyone enjoyed.
