Has onyone ever done the Alaska Undersea Tour in Ketchikan? It looks cool, but I don't know if you can see anything? Alaska isn't known for it's clear water.
Who doesn't know Alaska for its clear water? There's plenty of crystal clear water up here... I dive it all the time!
I've heard good things about this tour, but the last time I was in KTN, I had my own gear with me and my wife and I logged 12 dives on our own. (It was spectacular.)
You might try contacting the vendor directly to see what they say. Be sure to ask specifically where they take you. If it's anywhere too close to town or near a river or stream, you may get murked out a bit. Also, June-August will be the worst visibility while the days are long, there's lots of sun (maybe) and the plankton are blooming. These conditions make for some great fishing, though!
Happy Alaska Travels!
