flight and dog mushing excursion question

Is there any difference between this excursion in Juneau and/or Skagway? We were thinking of doing the helitreck in Juneau and saving the dog mushing one with the plane in Skagway but want to know if its any different? Is one better over the other?

The only difference, is out of Skagway you only have one operator TEMSCO, which may have limited availablity, due to ship contracts. They are similar tours, with Skagway, slightly less canceled, overall compared to Juneau.
