juneau taxi service

we are getting married in juneau and i need to pick up the license in the morning. figured out the office is about 7 miles/15 min. away...

i can't remember... are there taxis that hang out by the dock waiting for random cruise passengers or is this something i need to figure out how to reserve in advance?

They don't normally hang around the dock, with if you just walk a couple of blocks towards downtown you can quickly hail one.
