Anchorage, Whittier, Sitka, Juneau, Skagway, Ketchikan food?

Hi All!
My wife and I plan to spend a week RVing out of Anchorage before our CC Spirit July 1, 2009 cruise including the ports of Whittier, Sitka, Juneau, Skagway, and Ketchikan. Any "musts" for food, restaurants, etc.? Any other advice for our first Alaska cruise? Thanx!

There is great salmon and halibut all over Alaska. It's what I eat until I'm silly, then don't touch it again until the repeat trips.
