New to this cruising stuff but did notice that some shore excursions, especially flightseeing, are non refundable. I can understand no refund if a person changes his mind. What about non refundable if weather doesn't permit the flight? Will a person be able to get his money back on something like that?
Are those excursions through the cruiseline or independent?? I would certainly hope that if it was a weather issue, you should get your money back no matter who you book with?
I would certainly hope that in the "fine" print, that in the event of them having to cance, you'd get your money back. May-be what you read had to do with, if you cancelled for whatever reason that had nothing to do with an unsafe excursion.
IF the company cancels the excursion, you certainly get all of your money back. IF you cancel, then there are specific terms, of which you state, in this instance, is not refundable.
