Default Luggage Allowance

Hubby and I have a 11 night Alaskan Cruisetour booked for August 8 on Radiance of the Seas. I read somewhere that the luggage allowance on the land portion is limited. I can't seem to find that now... so could someone please elaborate on this if this is true. Packing for this is going to be a challenge anyway with all the different weather types and this will just add to the challenge if we don't get all our luggage.

Thanks!!

We just received our cruise documents today as we are taking a cruise tour of Alaska in May. And the following was attached:

Baggage Storage

As a convenience to our guests, we offer a service to
store luggage while you are on the land portion of your
cruise tour. Your Tour Director will outfit you with special
tags to indicate storage, and subsequently, those pieces
of luggage will remain secured on the motor coach for the
length of the land portion of your trip. If you would like to
take advantage of this service, we encourage you to pack
accordingly.

So it seems you can take more than 1 suitcase apiece, but they will store extra in bus for you on the ship, but not have available on the land portion

I believe the standard is two suitcases/per person and not exceeding 50 pounds.

Take care,
Mike
