Evaluation Form For Administrative Offices
 

Many complaints on this board (and others) are about lack of assistance or poor support from the home offices. I think there should be a section on the trip evaluation form, or a separate form to evaluate the performance of the home office. Could be done on board, or mailed to passengers after their trip.
