If the cruise line could provide a comment card that was a little larger perhaps they would receive comments that were a bit more legible and intelligent. The space provided is too small to write legibly and provide an accurate comment.
I know a major compaint of the people reading them is that they can't read them. At least it would allow some people to print rather than write in the cursive form.
It doesn't have to be a huge card but perhaps 30 to 40% larger.
Take care,
Mike

On my first cruise I filled out the Comment card using every inch of blank space. I took to heart that they would read it & think about my suggestions. We had a lovely cruise but a few critiques on what would have made it better. I'm sure half of it was illegible by the time I was done with things going every which way. So bigger card and give people multiple ones so that they can try to re-write theirs if it gets too messy.

Well, I say hook a keyboard to the television and let me do it online, or make it available free at their internet cafes. All of the multiple choice could be handled with a the remote! Only the write-in comments need a keyboard.
And also stop the staff from pushing the exceeded selection as well. I feel it is presumptious to ask for a particular rating, and when asked feel a bit put out by it.
Meeting my expectations is not a bad comment, failing to meet them is!
