We were on the NCL Dawn and there were stations at every entrance to the buffet. I was thrilled to know the people handling the serving utensils, etc. before me had cleaned their hands.
All the lines should have this to cut down on the spread of germs.

Celebrity Cruise lines also has these all over their ships. At the buffet, at the entrance to the ship when you come back from and excursion, at the entrance to the internet cafe. They are all over the place.
Hand sanitizing is a great idea. i had to keep running into the bathroom to wash my hands due to the amount of people touching the utensils in the buffet line before me, there were kids dripping wet from the pool touching the utensil's how disgusting!
Kuddos to the cruise lines that are doing this alreaday! The rest of you - get with the program, how difficult can it be??
FYI- on our last Princess cruise, the first couple of days, there was an attendant at the buffet line, who would not hand you your plate and flatware until you used the hand sanitizer. Great idea.

Very good... I didn't see any on Carnival Ecstasy, but I bought the little pocket size ones from walmart they were handy when we where out on an excursion or at the beach when it was snack time.
