free airfare specials
Who would not book a cruise if they had specials which included airfare from certain cities that they could change each month. Heck even if they were lay over flights I'd do it.

Re: free airfare specials
Id like to see the cruise lines provide competitive airfare with the cruise line acting as a travel agent for the airline. Its less expensive to get airfare on line or through a travel agent rather than through the cruise line but both want non refundable reservations. What if you reserve the air and then find the ship is booked or reserve the ship and find you cant get air or only the expensive seats are left.

Re: free airfare specials
Oceania has free airfare on almost all flights, but of course their fares are about the same as you'd pay for another line plus the flight!

Gertrude: It's a juggling act, isn't it? We always do the air first and book the ship during the 24 hours our flight reservation is being held before we actually have to buy it.

Re: free airfare specials
Well that's why travel insurance is necessary this way you can get both the cruise and airfare refunded if need be.
