Default Alternative dining room menus

Why is it that I can find dozens of sites online (as well as the Carnival site) that will show a sample menu for each meal in the main dining rooms, but NOTHING on the alternative dining rooms? How am I supposed to know whether or not I want to spend the extra money, which I don't mind doing, if the only information I have is a review that says "steaks, seafood, and pasta"? Heck, I can get all that anywhere. Tell me a little more and convince me! I don't want to have to put on my tennis shoes and do the "Filene's Basement sprint" to the dining room the second I step on to the ship. You publish everything else about the cruise, why keep the alternative dining room menu a secret?

Default *sigh*

thanks, teresa. the sites didn't have a menu for scarlett's, which is the restaurant on the valor. i called carnival and they said they didn't have a menu to send me and couldn't get me one. had to call my ta and she got one faxed to her within minutes. it honestly shouldn't be that hard!!! anyway, if anyone wants the scarlett's menu, email me and just ask!
