List the entertainment for entire cruise on the first day
I think it would be nice if the cruise lines listed the entire entertainment scheddule in their daily newsletter at the beginning of the cruise.
It would be nice to see what nights the shows are early for the late seating and what the entertainment will be each evening. This way I could schedule my nights, if I want to go to the show or another venue.
Also, it would be nice if they would let you know what the entertainer does, i.e. Broadway singer, pianist, violinist etc. IT's usually very vague when they list the entertainment.
Now I've only cruised RCL and Celebrity so maybe the other lines does this.
Does anyone feel the same way?

It's a nice idea, but many entertainers switch ships mid-cruise. And they do this weekly.
How unhappy would some passengers be if the entertainment announced on the first night of the cruise didn't happen because of missed transfers, etc (think hurricane season and the itinerary disruptions.) While some of us would understand that ship happens, many more would view this as one more opportunity to gripe.
I do agree that more precise descriptions of what the entertainment is would be much appreciated!

I am one of the rude people who try to sit upstairs in the back on the aisle so that I can quietly slip away if the entertainment is a surprise and not what I expected.
Mike, I have just read your rendition, and I agree.
