Default how about Cabanas on the pool deck.

When you go to nice hotels most have the cabanas along side of the pools. Not alot but a few. I think that is so romantic. I think Carnival, Princess ect. should add this feature to there ship. The ships are called a floating resort well make it really look like it then. Maybe a deck should be nothing but cabanas and possibly reserved. Just imagine battery powered candles underneath beautiful cabana with fluffy cushion lounge chairs. how about being served with fruit and champane. I've only cruised the CP and Carnival Glory so I am not familiar with the others. I guess you can say I am bored with the typical layout around the pools. It seems all ships are the same. For instance the Glory has too much excess space on some decks. Why not utilize that space to accomidate the other type of passenger. That passenger that likes the romantic ambience. That is what I am looking for. They have to step out of the box more and try new and better things to entice the cruisers. I bet if the cruiselines would invest a little and redo the poolside decor, it would increase business a great deal.
Is there a comment forum on cruiseline websites. It is time they heard from us the passengers of how we feel. I do realize that you feel out comment cards after your cruise. But where is the comment box. We couldn't find it. But most of the time we forget about dropping it off. It would be most helpful to express ourselves on their website.

thanx

oh yeah, I bet Oceana is a 6 star cruiseline. Something I can't afford. I am talking about the Carnivals, RCL, Celebrity and so on. Theere is so much unused space on the large ships, letsmake it look like a resort. I think I saw a picture of the pool deck on Norwegian and I thought I saw palm trees. That was different and catchy. What a great idea. That and some cabanas with the white nets. As I said before I am getting a little bored with the decor. They need fresh new ideas.

If you can afford Celebrity you could afford Oceania,.. maybe a 4-5 star
They have free air & 2 for 1 pricing on most of their cruises.
No formal nights, basically non-smoking ship (2 small areas allow smoking)
