Question for staff or chatters. Staying in cabin 8384 Carnival Glory. Will there be a problem with noise from above Lido floor. My wife is very sensirive to any kind of noise when trying to sleep. Thanks in advance.
I don't know about your specific cabin, but sound proofing is really good on the newer ships, such as the Glory.
Also, an idea for her. I have a sleep disorder and always travel with a small white noise machine. If she experiments with it at home first, the sound becomes a signal to the brain that it is time to sleep and not only does it mask other noise, but actually makes it easier to stay asleep.
Happy cruise snoozes,
We stayed in a similar location on one of our cruises and found it very noisy because it was close to the galley...lots of banging and clanging at all hours of the day and night. I'm like your wife, in order for me to get a good night's sleep, all the planets have to be in perfect alignment, no noise, correct room temperature, etc., HA! HA!
