how to get from central london to southampton

In April we are going on a Princess cruise from Southampton. We will be staying 3 nights before the cruises at a central london hotel (SOHO). With a lot of baggage does anyone know of and recommend a private car service? I found Premier Airport Cars on the web, but don;t know anything about them. I am somewhat nervous about taking the train given all of our luggage. What do any of you suggest? Our cruise is on the Pacific leaving 4-22 and I am one of the special interest speakers onboard.

We booked a car service to Dover and it was not too bad when shared between foyr people (under $200 anyway) and Dover is farther.

Look (Google) private London car services serving Southampton and book it online. Or else go through the cruise line transfers.
