I have sailed 10+ times on Regent Seven Seas Cruises. They are all inclusive. All drinks (except very premium), a full stocked and restocked refrigerator, four restaurants with no surcharge, open dining where you can sit with whom you want when you want (two restaurants require reservations) and nothing on my last bill except ship's store and shore excursions. Yes, it is expensive but the accomodations, food, and service make it worth it.
