Default Honeymoon help for January

Hello everyone, I'm new to this site and looking for help planning a honeymoon for January. We live in NC and we want to take a cruise somewhere tropical. We are not picky, and the only requirements that we have are to go someplace that will be warm/hot in January, has nice beaches, fun nightlife and some sort of casino (either on the boat or at the island) We don't want to go crazy with the price, but not skimp either. Also, we can only go for 4 or 5 days since we have a daugter that is going to stay with a family member. Sorry my post is pretty vague, but I really am not so great at planning things like this and I want it to be a great trip so I'm hoping some of you will be able to steer me in the right direction. Any tips/advice/personal experience and preference will be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

My advice is RCI...You will have a well rounded group of ages onboard. The ship is lively all the time, and they are truly beautiful. If you take one of the Voyager Class ships, they will have a promenade, with shops, bars cafes, and parades on certain nights.

There is a rock climbing wall, the infamous flow rider, if you are sports minded. Beautiful pools, to do nothing if you that's what you want to do.

While the southern itinerary is my most favorite, it's very port intensive, with a free first day, or last day. Lots to see and do, but for honeymooners, it may cut into your alone time..

The western itin, will give you more water type adventures, jeep excursions, with Cozumel, Jamacia, Progresso Roatan, as some of your ports, and the eastern, has ports like St Thomas St Maarten, San Juan as options. Good luck, planning is half

Trip, with her book & tea!
