Default 1st cruise - has anyone used Cruisemarketplace.com?

We are booking our first cruise. I've done my research on lines, ships, itineraries, etc and gone searching for prices with CruiseComplete. I have been talking to Cruisemarketplace.com and have a cabin on hold. I'm wondering if anyone has booked their cruise through this agency. Also, I should say that that I live in BC, Canada and the travel agents here can't seem to come close to the quoted prices I've received online.

The only thing I can tell you is, years ago I used this agency. When the ta I was using left, my service went down hill. When I decided to transfer it to another agency, they never even asked why a long time customer decided to leave. But as I said, this was years ago......

Why not try our advertisers, or check out our Cruisemate's group cruise ta for quotes..you need to get comparison quotes for you to be comfortable with the pricing..good luck.

I have used Cruise Marketplace and found them very competitive and competent.

Not familiar with the company you speak of but will offer some friendly advice....

Comparative shop and make sure when shopping you are following an apples to apples comparison. Many factors other than the lowest price should determine who you book with, i.e. TA knowledge regarding cruises, ports of call, cruiseline, ships, policies, how available are they when you have a question, etc... and also factor in any cancellation/change fee's they may or may not charge their clients above cruiseline fee's.

LOWEST PRICE should never be the sole decision maker when making any purchase, beit retail, vacation, auto, etc....
