My husband and I are signed up for a cruise in July/August 2009 on Princess from New York to Dover via Greenland and Iceland, etc. I am concerned about whether we will encounter rough seas. Anyone had any experience with this cruise?
Count on hitting some rough weather and consider yourself lucky if you don't.
The truth is it is unpredictable. The North Atlantic can be rough or smooth as glass. On a northerly route, it is likely you will get some rough weather on at least one or two days.

But don't let that scare you It may be smooth all the way the Atlantic is worse in winter than summer. Go to the drugstore and get some Bonine (meclizine) just in case, and don't worry . You'll be fine.

I have used the patch when we cruised. It helps alot. Each patch last for 3 to 4 days. And I am very proned to motion sickness. I even take it before an airplane ride. Good luck
