[color=blue]If your flying through Houston International Airport (IAH) George Bush International. Please send me a reply here on Cruisemates. I used the Underground Terminal Train to Terminal D, I then walked accross to terminal E, went towards gate gate 2, then upstairs to find PAPPADEAUX, a sea food restaurant, the food was wonderful.
This was a hot tip from a Continental Airline Excutive, she limits her visits, calarie fest.
Her favorite appetizer: Oysters Pappadeaux, Stuffed with Crabmeat, spinach & hollandaise. They also have Pan Seared Frog Legs with spicy garlic butter, tomato & herbs with grilled French bread.
The Underground Terminal Train operates on the North Concorse, I had to go into the Continental web site in the terminal map section. The Airport web site does not display the underground train.

They don't take reservation, I called PAPPADEAUX @ (281) 821-7684, when I disembarked the plain, the gal answering the phone held a table for me, you should allow at least 1.5 hours if you have a connecting flight.
being a houston native i love Papadeaux's
they have great gumbo and the mahi mahi with rosa sauce ? it has crawfish, crab, shrimp cream sauce is my mom's favorite
