Parking at Bayonne Question

I will be going on a "solo" cruise in two weeks. I will be driving to Bayonne, and was wondering if I will be able to check my bags before parking my car. Also when returning, will I have to "drag" my bags to the car, or will a porter be able to help me with this? Thank you for any info you can provide.

There is normally a shuttle from the parking lot to the ship. It picks you and your bags up. Very easy. However, I have never parked at Bayonne so I researched it a bit. Central Parking System runs the garage at the cruise pier.
