We will be going on a cruise in June 09. I remember when there was a bus that was free to go to the port. Just found out it cost an arm and a leg to take the bus.
So, I was thinking of driving myself and parking at Port Everglades, but then I did some research and there is a park and fly nearby, that is about 30.00 cheaper than parking at the port.
Does anyone have an opinion on this or actually used the park and fly instead of parking at the port?
I seen posts from folks who seem to like the "park-n-fly", but personally, I think having the car parked just a few steps from where I disembark the ship is worth the $30 or so. If you use "park-n-fly" you'll have to stand on the curb, and wait to be picked up, to return you to the car. Maybe their service is extra good, and if so, then it might be worth the savings. Let us know which you do, and how it came out. I'm doing a Ft. Lauderdale cruise later in '09.
