Default Mex. Riviera - Mid-October

I'm looking at Mexican Riviera (if I can figure out how to spell it) departing Oct. 17 or 18. HAL & RCCL have a gap in their schedule for this week. Is this just a coincidence or is there some reason that this is not a good week? Both have 7 day cruises the week before & after.

Carnival, Princess, and NCL and still sailing.

Probably either a ship charter or a Hawaii sailing. I don't know about HAL, but RCI Mariner OTS is not going elsewhere or in dry dock, so it must be a full ship charter of some sort.

hal seems to alternate mexico and hawaii, but the hawaii cruises on zaandam are 15 days, so a seven-day gap is confusing. get a hal brochure and look at the itinerary for its ships; this should clear things upl
