Default Biodegradable sunscreen

I read somewheres that at certain ports (I'm going to Cozumel soon) you can only use a biodegradable sunscreen, sunblock, lotion. I believe non biodegradable product wash away in the ocean, causing the coral reefs to bleach and die. I found one site www.caribbean-sol.com that carries the product. My question is where are other retail locations this is available to purchase??

I had not heard of this. It is a good idea, but is a more of a marketing ploy for Caribbean Sol?

I say do what I do, don't bother with sunscreen!!! I burn faster with suncreen than without sunscreen--I know odd, but true. I got a nasty sunburn in one hour with 45 sunblock. The odd part is I can go without sunscreen and not burn or tan at all. my legs stay a snowy white no matter how much sun they get.....

That's odd! (Nothing personal) If I went without sunscreen, I'd be in agony!

I know it is odd, my legs used to burn with no problem at all, now they stay creamy white with or without sunblock.....

My arms/upper body, well, I did a test and without sunblock I burnt slower in around three or more hours, but with sunblock I was crispy in just over one hour......

I do not worry about getting a chaise lounger. I need to be doing something and laying on a lounger for me is a time waster!!! I ust need to get up and do something!!!!! 30-60 minutes in a lounger is my max!

I have a year round tan...............15 minutes in the sun and I am totally tan. Though biodegradable sunscreen sounds worth the extra money to me. Save the environment.
