We purchased a cruise trip and protection insurance from Yahoo cruise.
If we can not go due to sickness at the last minute, is there any problem to claim reimburse for the trip cost. What is the best way to file a claim ? Please, advice. Thanks

Donna is exactly right, you need to find out what you have for coverage, chances are it will cover you if you are hospitalized with a medical emergecny. If you say break your leg and are on crutches chances are you will not be covered.
