I don't know the website, but I know that you can order them via internet. I deliberately didn't keep the site addy, because I like them too much! I have no clue about the ship your mom is going on, but it seems like I see them on every ship now.

I don't recall seeing any rum cakes during an Alaska cruise....just the Caribbean. Check out the web-site, that may be the way to do it.

I have email updates from them and the website bookmarked. It would cost me anywhere from $30-50 shipping cost on top of the cost of the cakes. It could easily cost $100 US for two rum cakes to ship international and that works out to around $125 Canadian--damn expensive they'd better taste like pure gold if I did order online!!!

I heard a rumor that these cakes are available in stores in the US.
I read somewhere about a woman who bought a bunch to bring home and then walked into her local grocery store and there they were !!

I wish that was true for specialty stores in Canada!!!!! Some Florida cities sell them, as they are close enough they can ship them in for cheap. It is a little difficult the further North you go....

I have one left from my April cruise and I am going to savor it when I do open it...I can only hope that in September I can get then on the Splendor in Mexico!!!

Hi misguidedangel!

No worries, the Splendor does have them. I bought two six packs in April.

Grand Caymen is one of my port stops on the Valor next year. I'm hoping to go to the Tortuga Rum Cake Factory there to see if it is cheaper to have them shipped home that way instead via the web site.

Happy Sailing

I did find and use this recipe it's very good and pretty close to the orignial rum cake. My co-worker loved it when I took it into work. I'm glad to hear the Splendor has it on board we will be there in May 2010 driving into port so I can go crazy shopping.
