Default DOD Glass and Discounts

The refillable mugs thread reminded me of a question I've had for a while.

Can you use the Carnival drink-of-the-day "souvenir" glass for a discount on drinks on other days?

If permitted, how much would I save per drink if I wash the glass out and use it from day to day?

I've not tried that - I generally avoid the souvenir glasses because I don't want to drag them home.

You can order the DOD without the souvenir glass. This will save you a dollar or two. I don't think they will allow you to re-use your souvenir glass.

Take care,
Mike

Great solution, Mike.

As the previous poster mentioned, I have no intention of bringing the container home anyway.
