Well, I've Identified My Next Cruise!

Hello all! You guys are probably laughing yourselves silly at me, since I haven't even taken my first one yet. Even IT is 15 months away, and I'm already thinking about what comes next. But I've been dying to go to Alaska for YEARS and I have decided that I'm going to go on the Sapphire Princess the first week in September 2013, because that is my my 41st birthday and sapphire is my birthstone, and it's Alaska! I don't know if I'll be going alone or finding someone to go with, but for now, this is my plan and something to daydream about.

I know a million and one things could happen to change life between now and then, but I'm just gonna go with it!

It doesn't hurt to cruise dream, it's fun, that's for sure...most of us do it all the time...making a plan is great,and being open to changes if need be, is good,because something coming along,might be, newer,cheaper, or better.

I applaude your hyper/happy attitude,and enjoy you taking us along with you for the ride....

I know I get excited and happy along with these cruisers...Anything new and different is always fun and the the planning, gathering information and the wait, always make it work it.

It would be nice if cruise lines would let you book a cruise 2 years out! It would give a person a longer time to pay for the cruise or at least pay in smaller amounts.

Yes, the cruise bug is a very deadly bug, once it infects you....well your doomed to sail the high seas forever...lol

Woo hoo! Usually one completes a cruise, before they get addicted! I guess you've been sold on the planning part! I hope your first cruise is AMAZING and that you have many more to come!

My boss's wife seemed somewhat indignant when I told her I had figured out my next cruise- she said "Before you even know if you like it?!"

I thought, "I seriously doubt I won't like it!"

They cruise all the time- I can't imagine they could think I wouldn't like it. Ok, maybe not all the time, but they've gone on at least 4 or 5 cruises. So anyway. I'm still looking forward to it- still can't wait to go on Allure and spend that time with my kiddos!

(Alaska I'm doing by myself!)

I can't imagine anyone not loving to cruise...but there are people who don't. Enjoy the planning and enjoy the cruise.
