Default Busy in the Caribbean.....

Do you like port intensive 7 day cruises with a sea day, the 1st day, or the last? Usually these sail from San Juan. Certainly there is less ship time, when you dismbark every day, but you get alot of bang for your buck, in the 7 days, especially for 1st timers. Relaxing when you get back onboard, may prove easier by the main pool, as everyone is not looking for a chaise at the same time

So, do you pass, or say book me please?

By all means, book me....I love the port intensive cruises, then you have the choice to get off or take advantage of an empty ship....At the same time, I do enjoy a sea day or two, but on some cruises there are a bit too many...

I don't know....I like the peaceful ''no pressure to do stuff'' of sea days but look forward to visiting places..

Love port intensive crusies. The one day that I really like as a sea day is the last one. Really relax before going home.

Love port-intensive cruises. Love sea days. We did 11-day port-intensive cruise in December 2007 - 8 stops and two sea days. Loved it. We also did 14-day transatlantic in April 2010 - 8 sea days and 6 stops. Loved it. I love the sea days and I love seeing new places (however, the 11-day cruise the islands did seem to start looking alike about half way through)! Just put me on a ship, I will be happy!

We did the 7-day Southern route with six stops (leaving late out of San Juan). It was almost tiring with long travel days to and from SJ. Wish we had stayed in SJ for a day of pre and/or post cruise time.

The less the sea days the better. One 10 nighter was port intensive with 2 sea days coming back. Felt lost!! To me the cruise was over after the last port, so those 2 days dragged. If there are sea days for me in the future, let them be at the beginning of a cruise when you are exploring your ship.
