Default What is your current "dream" cruise?

Which cruise are you dreaming about right now?
I have been wanting to do a transatlantic, and recently saw an amazing deal on a Princess cruise that not only does the TA crossing, but stops in Ireland, LeHavre, Dover, Oslo and ends in Copenhagen. Sounds like a dream to me. Now, if only my husband can get the leave next spring....

I did my dream cruise on the Magic, but, I would like to see the other Med ports that make my heart flutter...Santorini, Turkey, and I would love to see France as well.

Funny, my dream cruise was a TA which was my first ocean cruise. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Full world cruise - I used to dream about that and saved for it but realised esp after my last 7 day cruise, I would climb the walls!

Same cabin for what 3 mths - not for me.

Well I just have to spend the money on something else.

Annie

Top of my list, too. I am going to have to put it off, though, for many years (parents getting old).

Still, we are working off our bucket list. Antarctica has been top of the list for a number of years and we will finally get there (and South Georgia Island) next January. After that, I am trying to build up the vacation time, and money, to do a 70 day South America cruise.

Can't disagree with a full world cruise or anybody's reason for not being able to pull it off.
I think a TA on a Queen is up there too, East to West probably.

Southeast Asia cruise including Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Singapore and Hong Kong. I'll be doing that in December 2012 on Millennium.

We also want to do an extended Australia/New Zealand cruise.

The CM Carnival Breeze cruise is also a dream cruise because of the extended time in Venice. We also will be taking a month after that cruise and traveling Europe and visiting relatives in England, Germany and Poland.

If a South America cruise comes up then I will jump on it.

Take care,
Mike

So jealous of your time in Europe. We had 19 days there this spring and it wasn't enough.

The reason for never being able to do one is the 40K..lottery win would help!

My dream cruise is a cruise around the Mediterranean or a World Cruise for a month.

Med cruises are quite the "Norm" here in the UK, A world cruise is usually about 100 nights, so not only the cost but the time!!

With no particular itinerary or length of cruise, MY dream cruise would be one where no one hogs the lounge chairs by the pool , we always get front row seats at the stage shows, free rum punch or pina coladas every day, fresh seafood listed on the dining room menu every day (not sure how that could be done), and we win enough money in the casino to book our next cruise.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot. ZZ TOP would be the headlining act on stage.

Done Fjords, we were so lucky, two weeks earlier it was thick snow but when we arrived it was 25c, the snow was melting so the waterfalls & rivers were in full flow, weird.. all that snow yet it was hot!!

For me it would be Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific. The longer the better. Have wanted to go to Sydney for as long as I can remember.

An Alaska HAL cruise/tour with friends sounds good to me.

Hmm interesting question. I know it wouldn't be a world cruise. I have zero desire to do that. Could I space a world cruise out over two years? say do a 60 day indepth South America, come home for 3 months and then go and do a 60 day indepth South Pacific/NZ/AU, come home again and then do a 60 day Asia and up the Suez canal before tackling the Med.

I would like to do the Celebrity Expedition cruise to the Galapagos with a side trip to Machu Picchu.

Certainly doable; I know a couple that has done something very similar.

Cruising for the first time next June. Going to the Bahamas with my daughter.

But for years I've always wanted to cruise through the Panama Canal. Just thought going through the locks would be so interesting.

Hubby was stationed for awhile in Panama and so it doesn't interest him. So guess someday I'll do it by myself!
