Default Where would we most likely find you?

Okay, you're on a cruise, whether it's your first or three hundred and first. Where would someone most likely find you? Stretched in a lounge chair reading? In the casino? At the piano bar? What do you most like to do when you're not really doing anything?

During the day it would be:

A trivia game
In the sun on the upper decks
Casino
Cabin

These are likely places but there is so much going on it can change from hour by hour, day by day or cruise by cruise.

Take care,
Mike

At a table in the shade near the pool, reading. We don't sit in the sun. We don't go to the casino. Hubby might be in the cabin watching a movie.

If it's a Cruisemate cruise, many times we can be found at the communal gathering spot chosen....You know you can always find someone to kibbutz with, or, have lunch with. Love a bunch of us chillin ...good talk, and laughs.

The two of us..by the pool...me, with a good book, and hubby with music in his ears.

I would most likely be by the pool or playing a trivia game during the day.

During the evening I go to see what shows are available, to the casino, the Martini bar.
On my next cruise on the Oasis I will spend a bit of time in the Rising Bar as well as the Diamond lounge.

I allways find something to do. That is why I love to cruise.

If the sum is up I will probably be in it. If the sun is down look for me in the piano bar (sing along type)

Early mornings, breakfast on the balcony (if blessed with one) then wandering about the ship, if there is "nice coffee" we have one. Don't usually do lunch as such, may graze a bit. Never been to a lecture not found one to interest me, don't use the pools...too crowded, may search for a sunbed in/near the sunny places. Early PM we try to be good & use the gym (on P&O Arcadia we then use the hydrotherapy pool) late sitting dinner then see the show or do the quiz, wander about a bit maybe a hot chocolate (+ large brandy!)then bed.

One of three places; observation lounge playing any of a variety of games; working on the jigsaw puzzle, or in the computer room.

I like to wander around the ship during the day and do a little of this and a little of that. This is a good thing because I also love to stop at every place to eat and have something.

In the mornings, by the aft pool with a good book. Afternoons, probably on my deck with same book and some cold beverages or in the Casino.

Outside in a lounge chair, alternating between the sun and shade if I can, reading a book...with some "time out" to listen to my iPod every now and then.

so much depends upon what mood we are in, if we want to be where all the action and goings are you will find us at the main pool, if we want someplace quieter we will head for the adults only, rear or sancutary pool area, or spending time just wandering around getting to know the ship

Mornings...work out...breakfast and wonder around the ship.
Afternoons...solarium with a book
Evening...checking out the shows, roaming the ship again..or watching the sunset on my balcony.
the DH at the sky bar...lol

Let's put it this way- I can't WAIT to find out! I think it might go like this:

Wake early
wander the decks and look out over the railings and sigh with bliss
walk a couple of miles on the track or go to the gym and treadmill it
take a zillion pictures
find a good breakfast (hopefully healthy-ish)
check out a few activities- trivia, etc.
snack
Mama drink
Lounge chair with umbrella and book or music
swim
lunch
nap
activities/explore ship
swim
supper
shows
club/bar hop til the wee hours
snack
bed

Green RD I like your style- I'm so the piano bar/karaoke type too! I expect that will be on the top of my list.

If there is trivia, I am there. If not, look for live music, cooking demos, drink tastings or karaoke. Least likely to be just lazing on a deck chair.

On Princess, Crooner's Bar, mostly because of the crew there. We might be drinking alcohol, we might not. It's just a great place to "people watch" .

During the day, you'll find me at a shady table, with my I-Pod, listening to "Big Band" music, and enjoying the "view".
In the evening, I'll be at the "big production show", or at karaoke.

You are most likely to find me lounging on a deck chair (the first time my health permitted me to do so in 2+ years) ;playing trivia against other passengers ;watching a show or in the casino.

First thing in the morning, in the gym or at tai chi if they have it.
Then breakfast.
Then needleworkers group or jigsaw puzzle or game of about any sort except bingo; trivia if it's offered. Pick up and do the Sudoku somewhere in there.
Pool time.
Lunch, lightly.
More games/trivia/puzzle/possible lecture or demonstration.
Tea.
Walk around the ship a few times.
More knitting/puzzle/possible other, depending on what schedule offers.
Change, and go to dinner.
Showtime.
Dance bar if I have a partner, piano bar if I don't.
11 p.m. is ice cream time.
Late-night lounge until I'm ready for bed.

I spend a LOT of time just walking around and looking at the ship. I like to see what is going on in different rooms - look at menues, etc.

I really like a ship with movies during the day - that is a big plus for me.

I do like to gamble - but most cruise ship casinos don't pay off well enough to even keep me amused for more than about 10 minutes. I think the cruise lines would do very well to make their slots pay better. There are a LOT of people like me who would stay in the casinio much longer (until I lost more than I should) than with the usual scenario where I walk in, put $20 in a machine, lose it all and never, ever go back.

I do like to use thermal suites on ships - jacuzzi, steam room, etc.

And I have been known to visit the buffet a few times.

I will also go to the library - especially if we are in an area where I want to see something interesting in port.

When you say you like to see what is going on in different rooms, I'm guessing you mean areas that have public access and NOT staterooms
