Default Hey Good Lookin!

What ship is hands down, the prettiest one you have sailed?

How about the ship you thought could use an extreme makeover?

The prettiest one I have ever sailed was the Ruby Princess. However, earlier this year I was on the Celebrity Solstice for a ship inspection and she certainly was just as elegant as the Ruby Princess.

At the other end of the spectrum, would be the Carnival ships I have been on.

That's very hard to answer, but since we love the Island Princess, I'll vote for her . We also like Grand Princess and have sailed the Carnival Conquest (which was fine, but not Princess ) last year.

I really don't pay much attention to the "look" of the ship. I'm more interested in the amenities and the great crew.

I would have to say Radiance of the Seas and Serenade of the Seas are the prettiest ships I've sailed. I love all the glass and the sea views always let you know you are on a ship.

Take care,
Mike

When I first saw that title, I thought that Trip was refering to some of our posters.

As far as ships go I love the way the Celebrity M class ships look. I really dig those glass elevators.

I am with you Mike, the RAdiance class ships are absolutely beautiful, great art work throughout the ship, so many windows and layout perfectly. Have been on two of them and both were so pretty...

I think I'll cast a second vote for Ruby Princess, though we are looking forward to doing some "real" sailing on Star Clippers or Wind Star and think Ruby might be left behind.

Default Of the ships I have seen...

...As far as interior I'd have to say the Carnival Conquest because of the theme throughout the ship. Amazing the design of ALL the fixtures, etc. coming from the impressionist's canvas into the modern world of cruise ships. There are a lot of individual things I like better on other cruise ships, but overall it's the Carnival Conquest.

I forget where we were sitting, on the Conquest, but, we noticed, that after the elevator left that floor, even the inner walls had designs That's attention to detail!

Celebrity Equinox, but others have noted Equinox's sister ships.

Never sailed on a ship that needed an extreme makeover.
