besides my own passion for cruising I'm working within the business for innovation and customer value research.
Currently, we are carrying out a non commercial survey (no third companies are or have been involved!) to determine booking preferences of cruise tourists. Within this survey we are studiing the benefits of a so called 'conjoint analysis' which is extremely timesaving and meaningful at the same time as the participants are forced to set unambiguous, personal priorities. There will only be a few question cards where you are asked to tick your preferences (most important / leaset important). It shouldn't take you more than about three minutes to fill in.
The results of the survey will be freely available and at the end of the survey you can leave your email address if you'd like to get the results.
