we are going to china (Shanghai), Korea (Pusan) and 2 cities in Japan . Any suggestions re: excursions--none are posted yet on the NCL board--what weather should we anticipate in mid october

I believe excursions are now posted on ncl.com website.
I am going on the NCL trip to the orient on Oct 27th.
I was wondering about visa's - have you collected your visa's
for your trip already? From my preliminary study, it looks like
only Vietnam will require a visa for me, as my stay in each is
short. Whats your take on the visa deal?

we need a visa for only China ( not Japan or Korea) the information in the booklet from NCL was incorrect---check out what immunizations are suggested for where you are going---they are not mandatory but probably prudent

We will be on the Wind in southeast Asia, Vietnam, and then Australia this winter (12/1/01-1/3/02) and I'm wondering which shots we need to get. I haven't had any shots of any kind in many years. I checked out the CDC web site and I get confused! I think we should probably get a tetnas or DPT and maybe Hepatitis A. Does anyone know the real story?

Hi My husband and I are sailing on the Wind 11-1 from Bangkok thru Hong Kong. I haven't checked about shots at all. I know you should always be up to date with the tetanus - but I haven't had one in many years. Write me if you'd like to. Marcia
