PAUL....I NEED YOUR HELP!!!!!

Hi Paul:
The past couple of weeks I have been having a problem while in Cruisemates Chat.
The scrolling is erratic (very jumpy and slow). Last night was the worst. There was such a delay that I couldn't even see what I was typing and then it would suddenly all appear. I have tried to change my speed to slow or fast. It didn't matter at all. I'm sure it must be something with my computer since no one else is experiencing this problem. I hope you can help. My computer does funny things with the chat too, when I scroll up and then let go it continues to scroll, I've figured out how to stop it. But it is annoying. But I attribute it to the java stuff and/or my puter, but nothing cruisemates can do
