Default night wear

Are cruise cabins hot and stuffy or cold with a/c? I am packing as we speak, and am wondering what to pack for sleeping. Thanks

Most ships have individual climate controls in each cabin. U should be able to get the temperature close to what U find comfortable.
I've tried cranking up the heat so Mrs. Kuki will be inclined to remove her clothing, but it hasn't worked yet <G>

The a/c can get cool, so you and yours will have to watch the evening settings on the control. I usually pack what weight of sleep wear I would use in the summer along with a light robe. I have been known to sleep in the robe too, when it gets too cool. Princess & Celebrity now put robes in each cabin, which is very nice.
Bon Voyage.

Personally, I like to sleep in a cold room with extra blankets. Extra blankets are easy to get onboard, so I sleep the same way at sea as I do at home. Just wear what you're comfortable in.

Thanks so much one and all for the advice on sleeping habits. My prince and I appreciate the support for our "first cruise" questions. We were married 22 years ago, and never got around to a honeymoon - so this is it. People tease us that we just wanted to make sure the marriage stuck, before we spent all that money .....
Best wishes to all.
