Default irons & laundry services

We will be sailing Dec 10 for a 7 day caribbean cruise. Does each cabin provide an iron, and are there laundry rooms on board?

Lori,

Inroning in cabin is forbidden on all ships that I know of. However, all ships provide drycleaning, laundy and pressing service and some ships do have self service laundry facilities onboard.

What ship are you sailing on?

Hi Lorie,
On our last Princess cruise there was a self-serve laundry on every guest floor.
In the laundry rooms there were ironing boards and irons to use. Forgot what exactly the price was, but you needed quarters to operate, so keep that in mind.
In case you're cruising on RCCL, they don't have this feature, but do have a laundry service that works fine also.

I have heard that it is best to travel light and save on packing, your having them
provide everything else for you. spent a little extra and let them press your suit
shirts before formal night and have a drink on deck and dont worry about it . I dont
think its that much . and if you have things that get wrinkled in packing pack them in the dry cleaning bags layered keeps them from wrinkle

Does anyone know if there will be a self service laundromat on the Infinity. We'll be going on 14 day to Panama Canal and it would mean fewer clothes to take if there was a laundromat. Celebrity's website does not give this info.
