The cruise lines "usually" provide the ticket packet to the Travel Agencies anywhere from a month to 2 weeks before the date of the cruise. this will not only contain your airline tickets presuming you booked through expedia, but also you boarding cards and information you will need about your cruise and baggage tags, etc. Usually by 10 days before, I have the TA make sure they have been sent. It has occurred from many cuise lines and ships that the "packet" is either sitting on someone's desk, went to the wrong address, or is in the "Mail never land". Seven days is a little too close for my liking. Because then they have to mail it to you! This is one reason, I prefer to deal with a local TA or at least a tried and true Cruise Only agency. Good Luck.
