Default Cruise Insurance

Hello Anne;
Since the unfortunate and horrific events of September 11, alot of us have been looking at cruise insurance. Unfortunately, we are not finding any insurance that will allow cancelation with a refund in the event of the following:
o Acts of terrorism or war
o Airlines grounded and unable to get to ship
Can you assist us with this? It almost appears to us that we never thought of these types of situations occuring before (I never did). We were always concerned with medical situations and less violent issues.
We live in San Antonio, Texas. Obviously if the airlines are grounded due to a situation like the one that just occurred, we could not even drive. We would have no choice but to cancel and possibly loose our money.
Any suggesstions???
