Anyone know how to find out what the sq. ft. of a room is? Please don't say ask your TA, because I already did and she didn't know. I emailed Celebrity in hopes they would know. The room is 8003 on the new Summitt (which is like the Mil and Infinit) also room 6004.
Sounds to me like you need a new t/a. Cabin square footage, forgive me, is "ho hum". Any good t/a has all that info on his or her desk. And... Celebrity/RCI makes it especially easy... their thick t/a guides have all that info readily available, category by category. A strange post indeed!
Summit is a sister ship to Millennium and Infinity, and the cabin size and categories will be identical. Go to CruiseMates review of Millennium/Infinity and see "Cabins" it lists the square footage for all categries.
For example, if your cabin is a standard inside or outside, the size will be 172 sq. feet; same with standard balccony. We also have various sizes of suites.
Hi Shan Rose,
The deck plan of the Summit shows the two cabins you listed as an unusual configuration. They do look larger than the standard 172 sq ft. As you mentioned, Celebrity is the one to contact on these cabins. You might get a surprise and find them larger than the category brochure comments.
