Default Non-Alcholic Drinks & Drinks in general

I am currently interested in going on a cruise with another couple. I understand alchol is a chargeable item. What I would really like to know is if they have the slush-y type daquiri's and similar style mixes for free or what exaclty is for free. Please be specific if possible.

Most all of the cruise lines have non alcholic beverages and do asses a charge. Soda's are extra as well. Tea, coffie, oj and lemonaide are usually complimentry at designated restaurants and Lido decks or room service. Rix

Shirley Temples are not free. What is free are all teas, non-bottled water, regular coffee, fruit punches and juices. You will pay for all soft drinks, (except for RCI at dinner only), beer, all mixed drinks (alcoholic or not), specialty coffees (except at dinner on most lines unless alcohol is involved), and bottled water.

Rix and Robo have it pretty well covered. In the mainstream fleet, anything from the bar (except for tap water with ice) carries a charge.

If you smile, they will toss in a piece of lemon or lime with your tap water.

Hi Sonia,

I cruised on Celebrity Infinity last month. I enjoyed a number of different slushy drinks--daquiris, pina coladas, Miami Vice, etc. I paid a little more than $5.00 each for these drinks. There is also a charge for non-alcoholic drinks, too. A can of diet coke cost $1.95 plus an automatic 15% gratuity. Hopes this helps!
