Upon arrival to the ship, I will be met by a representive of Carnival. I will have carry- on oxygen and my husbands C-Pap, so our travel agent said someone will meet us to bring us to the "special needs" desk. My question is: do I tip that person too? I will be prepared to tip (I like the idea of the $2.00 bill), but I don't want to go nuts with my money either. Please answer if you know and just who should be tipped. Thanks
Just home from the Pride, had the same thing, I just asked where we were to go and Carnival Rep pointed us in the right direction. Checkin was fast, then we were sent to another line to go through security, this was also done very swiftly. From time we got to terminal and time we were on ship was less than 20 minutes. Others were waiting 2 hours or more. Hope this helps. No one actually helped me just told me where to so, so I did not tip. I did write Carnival about the wonderful lady in charge of Special Needs,on board she was very helpful.
