Completely Private Balcony?

Any recommendations on which ship (and deck) may have the most private balcony (where no one can peek inside yours from any other cabin or location on the ship )?

Raddison Mariner and Disney except stern cabins.

If you lean way, way out over your your railing, you can see around the partition or down into the balcony below on any ship.

Just what do you have in mind for your balcony?

would like it private enough for clothing-optional sunbathing (or moonbathing), without the possibility of offending anyone.
