I have visited every single cruise related site on the internet and this one is by far the best. I really appreciate the time and care that went into developing this site. It is easy to get around and use it, has lots of great information and super people writing and visiting it.
Sometimes as I read it, especially the readers cruise reviews and see the same issues come up again and again, I wonder if the cruise lines ever read them. Is there any information or insight about whether they use any of the info that they (could) glean from the reviews? Do you know how many CC: their reviews to the lines?
Cruiselines definitely monitor the different cruise sites. I have a relative that works for a cruiseline (it will remain nameless). He is assigned to monitor certain sites. Other employees monitor other sites. So the cruiselines know perfectly well what our gripes are.
i hope the cruise lines do read these sites. they fourl learn alot from previous cruisers and hopefully attain new cruisers as that is where their pay checks come from. i have enjoyed reading all the messages. it is almost as much fun as taking the cruise itself. hope to see others on the millennium on april 29th 2002. happy crusing!!!!!!!!
Any cruise line that didn't look in at these kinds of sites would be crazy! Lots of leisure industries pay big bucks to marketing research firms to hear the kind of comments we provide on a daily basis for free.
If they want to upgrade anyone. . .Michella Crawford is going on the Carnival Spirit on May 3, 2002!! My mom and I are so excited, she even bought new clothes for it-she didn't even do that for her kids' weddings. NONE of us and she loves us all. . .
