Default Taking wine

After all our cruises we are still unsure of Princess's po;icy on bringing wine aboard their ships. Most ships allow it in cabins and charge a corckage fee when it is taken to the dinning room. Is this true on the Star Princess. Teach

As far as I've heard it is OK to bring wine onboard and there is a corkage fee if you bring the bottle to dinner. We bought beer at a port while on Golden and they even asked what it was, guess beer and wine are OK, so enjoy!
