Can't log in!

I registered on this site from my home computer but when I try to log in on my office computer it says my username and password don't match. But I know they do because I wrote them down. What gives?

Regards,
Thomas

Saturday???? It's Friday where I live. :) And besides, I have two jobs and work 7 days a week. I'm an employee during the day and business owner nights and weekends.

Thomas

Re: Can't log in!

Sorry, yesterday just felt like Saturday to me !!! It's that post-cruise discombobbulation.

Given your Louviers address, I have to guess that you are quite close, geographically. If you would like me to come over and see what I can do to help, all you have to do is ask. I'll be there, with Queeg as a backup.

That's what CruiseMates is all about.

I do know that DuPont has some pretty serious firewalls, so that might be part of it.

It is apparent that you are logging on from two different addresses ... one being the dupont. lvs.com, the other being se.cleint2.attbi.com

Obviously, you COULD log on or else I wouldn't be answering your note ???

Let me know what I can do to help.

Re: Re: Can't log in!

I travel to Wilmington on business but do not live nearby. Actually live in Florida. And now I'm responding from a third address, i.e. my boat.

What I'm referring to is not being able to log in to go to, say, the member areas. At the top of this screen is a link to log in, next to search. When I click this and the username and password screen comes up that's where I'm stopped because it says my username and password don't match.

Any ideas?

Regards,
Thomas

Re: Can't log in!

I'll answer this one in e-mail.

Next time you are in Wilmington, give a shout and we can share a frozen thingee.

Re: Can't log in!

Whoops !!! My e-mail to the se2 address was bounced back (the only one I could click on to send e-mail) as "user unknown."

Please e-mail me to establish a "bridge" and I can dish what little tech support I can offer and, if that's not enough, who to get in touch with to sort this matter out.

Re: Re: Can't log in!

Try this address, it is my home.

And thanks for the help. BTW is Queeg a real person?

Thomas

Re: Can't log in!

No antlers required. And as someone who has been sleeping next to Queeg for the past 16 years AND cruising with him, I can assure you that he's real.

You will find out.

Re: Can't log in!

When you say "this site" are you talking about the message boards, or the other parts of CruiseMates, as in "Meet on Board"? Where are you trying to go?

If it is the message boards, send me an email and I'll look up your info for you.

If it is the CruiseMates Login first try tthe password retriever at:

http://www.cruisemates.com/tools/get-password.cfm

If that doesn't work, try re-registering, but first you have to log out here:

http://www.cruisemates.com/emaze/pro...w-register.cfm

PS: note to staff, you might want to make a copy of this, too. ;-)
