Default Help I want to go nowhere

Hi Cruisemates Staff!
Due to small children and the occasional need to have some alone time, my wife and I prefer short cruises to nowhere out of NYC. Our most recent cruise was on the Legend in October and we’re ready to start looking for our next cruise. Here’s where the question comes in. Is there any ONE site that has info on cruises to nowhere? I was on Carnival’s site and tried to search for a listing. It was either a poor search engine or my stupididty, but I couldn’t find any cruises to nowhere. I went to another site and found a listing for some Carnival cruises and at yet at another site, I was able to find some more.
Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks!
Glen

You can try icruise.com and search for cruises by departure port (NYC). You'll have to enter the month and year you're interested in but it will give you all the sailings of every line leaving that port that month. Good luck!

Thomas

There are many TA websites that have these type search engines like icruise, mytravelco, vacationstogo, etc, etc. We here at CM also have a section called "Itineraries" which is right above this post in the blue blox, just click on it and check out these itin's that are going to Bermuda, Canada, New England etc. There are some there that are short. You may also wish to consider a 3, 4 or 5 day cruise to the Caribbean for a nice little break.

Hi Glen,
Thats still a cruise I've yet to do, would you recommend one like this?? Another possible way of finding one would be to post in the "bargain finder" here at Cruisemates. Just list some dates that you could go and hopefully one of the travel agents that check these, will find something for you, good luck:

Donna,

YES, YES, YES.

That's the best advice Glen. You posted that you were looking for a cruise to nowhere. Donna's suggestion is the best. Post it in Bargain Finders and let the TA's do the work for you. It's free and you'll get the best deal with no hassles. Great idea Donna.

Regards,
Thomas

All,
Thanks for the info! I'm going to check out everyone's suggestions. My major problem was that no 1 site seemed to have all the cruises listed. Next stop Bargain Finders!

There's a booking site with a 'cruise to nowhere' option in its search engine. Check theLycos pagefor details.

Regal Cruises have several cruises to "nowhere" if I recall too.
