Paul:

Since when could TAs solicit customers on these msg boards? Cruisecritic cruise no less. See posting on Princess board.

It's not allowed marc. We have a staff of four people that try to keep track of the message boards and look for posts that are not, or should not be made but it is a huge task as all have other full time jobs. We rely on posters like you to report them to us, specifically me at jimbragg@cruisemates.com so that we can locate them and take care of them immediately. I ask that in the future you, or anyone else contact me and it will be taken care of asap. This is a huge family with thousands of posts made monthly and just difficult to find everything immediately. I will say publically that my staff has done a tremendous job in keeping the advertising, personal attacks, and disruptive posts in check and I am very proud of them.

One of the things I appreciate about this site is the complete lack of pop-ups. I don't patronize businesses that use them, spam, or telemarketing. I will not reinforce what I see as intrusions.

I just wanted to second what Jim said to the staff. You guys are the best. Thanks so much for your hard work.

I just used the "Webmaster" link on the Cruisemate's Policy Statement page to report a questionable posting, hope that was the appropriate contact. In any event I know it should be gone soon, and as always compliments to the CM staff one and all for the great job they do of keeping the forums up to date, informative and friendly!
